Rental Group Checklist

To organize your upcoming backpack trip:

Licensed by the State of Colorado as a youth camp, and permitted by the United States Forest Service, this includes what is required for those permits and licenses. 

• Return the contract with $1500 deposit to Sonlight Camp
• Contact Sonlight at least two weeks prior to your trip with a total number in your group and any dietary restrictions
• Bring a check for the balance of your trip with you ($rate x # of participants – $1500 deposit)
• Send our ‘what to bring’ list to each group member
• Return three forms for each camper and adult participant by May 15th (or a minimum of two weeks before your trip)
  • a completed health form
  • physical form
  • acknowledgement of risk form for each participant (including adults)
